What we collect

If you subscribe to the daily email, we collect your email address and nothing else. That's it — no name, no location, no demographic info, no payment details (the newsletter is free).

Browsing the site without subscribing collects nothing personal. We don't run a third-party analytics platform, behavioral tracker, or advertising pixel. The site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps basic server-side request logs (IP, page requested, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention — these are Netlify's logs, not ours, and we don't analyze them.

Where your email lives

Subscriber emails are stored with Beehiiv, the newsletter platform that delivers the daily issue. Beehiiv has its own privacy policy governing how subscriber lists are stored, encrypted, and processed. We don't export, share, or sell that list to anyone.

Cookies

No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no fingerprinting. The site sets no first-party cookies. Beehiiv may set its own session cookies if you click through to their hosted archive pages, but that's outside of allcitygreens.com.

How to unsubscribe or be deleted

Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom — that removes you from the daily send. If you also want your email address permanently deleted from our subscriber database (not just unsubscribed), email hello@allcitygreens.com with the subject "delete me" and we'll process it within seven days.

Age requirement

All City Greens is intended for cannabis consumers aged 21 and over, per Ohio law. We don't knowingly collect email addresses from anyone under 21. If you're a parent or guardian and believe a minor has subscribed, email us and we'll remove the address.

Changes to this policy

If we materially change what we collect or who we share it with, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and announce the change in a daily issue.
